· Bookings can be canceled at least 6 hours before the visit time without fees.
· In case of late cancellation, Rawad Alenaya Alshamlah Co. reserves the right to deduct 50% of the service value.
· The service value cannot be refunded upon the arrival of the team or after the service has been executed.
