Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Rawad Al-Inaya Al-Shamila Co. Ltd., you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service:

  • The service does not include medical or therapeutic interventions (such as administering medications, changing bandages, or measuring blood sugar/pressure without medical authorization).

  • The service is provided only within the scope of the residence specified in the request.

2. General Responsibilities:

  • The client is committed to providing a suitable and safe environment for performing the service (clean bathroom, ventilation, adequate lighting, and basic tools if possible).

  • A family member must be present during the visit if the situation requires it, especially for the elderly and people with disabilities.

  • The client bears the responsibility for full disclosure of health status, medical history, and any emergency circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Amendment Terms:

  • Bookings can be canceled at least 6 hours before the visit time without fees.

  • In case of late cancellation, Rawad Al-Inaya Al-Shamila Co. Ltd. reserves the right to deduct 50% of the service value.

  • The service value cannot be refunded after the service has been executed.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • Rawad Al-Inaya Al-Shamila Co. Ltd. is committed to maintaining the privacy of all personal and health information of the client and not photographing them.

  • To ensure service quality, the client agrees to the photographing of tools, equipment, and service delivery setups before starting the service execution.

5. Safety and Integrity:

  • Service providers are committed to wearing the uniform, carrying the health ID card, and maintaining high professional conduct.

  • Rawad Al-Inaya Al-Shamila Co. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service in the event of any verbal or physical abuse from the client or any family member.

  • In the event of a report of misconduct by the service provider, the client has the right to file an immediate complaint through the unified number, and necessary actions will be taken immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • Rawad Al-Inaya Al-Shamila Co. Ltd. does not bear any legal liability resulting from the misuse of the service by the client.

  • In the event of a health emergency during the service, God forbid, the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (997) will be contacted immediately, and the service provider’s role will be limited to providing first aid.

7. Sterilization and Hygiene:

  • All reusable tools are sterilized after each visit.

  • Single-use tools are disposed of in a safe and responsible manner.

8. Payment and Refund:

  • The payment process is conducted via the online store or cash payment (if provided later).

  • In the event of a technical defect in the online store causing an incorrect deduction, it must be reported within 24 hours.

9. Applicable Law:

  • These terms are subject to the provisions of the Saudi Companies Law, E-commerce regulations, and consumer protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
