Wakar Program

Program Features:

• Comprehensive Initial Assessment: Identifies the beneficiary’s needs and abilities and determines the appropriate care requirements.
• Individualized Care Plan: Developed based on the beneficiary’s needs, with clear and suitable care objectives.
• Personal Hygiene Care: Includes assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, changing clothes, and grooming.
• Toileting Assistance: Provides the necessary support while attending to personal needs.
• Mobility and Movement Assistance: Supports the beneficiary in moving around the home and using assistive devices when needed.
• Follow-up and Outcome Evaluation: Reviews progress and measures the extent to which the care plan objectives have been achieved.

Qualified Care Provider Team: Consists of two male or female care providers, depending on the beneficiary’s needs.
