Program Features:

• Comprehensive Initial Assessment: Identifies the beneficiary’s needs and determines the type of assistance required during the recovery period.
• Individualized Care Plan: Developed according to the beneficiary’s needs and individual circumstances.
• Bathing and Personal Hygiene Assistance: Supports the beneficiary in meeting their daily personal hygiene needs.
• Dressing Assistance: Provides help with changing clothes according to the beneficiary’s mobility level.
• Mobility and Movement Assistance: Supports the beneficiary in moving around the home according to their needs.
• Personal Grooming: Helps the beneficiary maintain personal hygiene and appearance.
• Follow-up and Outcome Evaluation: Reviews progress and assesses the achievement of care plan objectives throughout the recovery period.

Qualified Care Provider Team: Consists of two male or female care providers, depending on the beneficiary’s needs.
